  • Your team members would take a few minutes at the beginning and end of every shift to reflect and encourage one another. My Purpose Plan is designed to make that participation feel meaningful—not like another task to check off. It’s about giving your people a voice and helping them see a future with your team.

  • Your leaders would help introduce My Purpose Plan, encourage participation, and get access to data that would provide insight on the culture.

  • We have designed the app so that for your employees it only takes a minute during check-in and 2-3 minutes during check -out.

  • We’ll walk through pricing and scope during your demo so you can evaluate the commitment for your restaurant.

  • Everything is private to the employee, unless they choose to share it. There are privacy features in their Profile that can be adjusted. Any feedback an employee gives during check out will not be directly attributed to them, but the data will be aggregated anonymously to provide trend analysis.
